Chloe and myself are thrilled to be able to share our love of all things healthy for the mind and body, together as a team. Our passion for food and yoga is a combination that we are both over the moon to be sharing with you all. By the end of the weekend, we hope to have each of you refreshed, having deepened your yoga practice, eaten delicious nourishing food and taking with you a memorable adventure.

This August, we will be hosting our 10th yoga and food retreat. With half the year having swiftly passed us by, we will take time to truly reconnect with where we are in our lives so that we can offer ourselves, and those around us, quality energy and intention. Taking advantage of the energy of the sun and extended hours of sunlight, we will dedicate time to finding our true strength, physically and mentally,  recognising the endless power we hold within. Meditation space will be held with the intention of creating steadiness and presence to consciously prepare to renew, gaining control and mental strength in order to make those long overdue changes. Not only will you experience an elevated and mindful connection to all that is important to you, but in the process, be nourished by delicious food prepared with love, surrounded by warm, kind energy. Friday 23rd

4.30PM Arrival with healthy snacks. We will have allocated rooms and will check you in!

6PM Vinyasa yoga

7.15PM Dinner spread followed by board games

Saturday 24th

7AM Power Yoga

9AM Breakfast & Karma jobs (wash up etc.)

11AM Hiking adventure

2PM Lunch & Karma jobs followed by chill time

5.30PM Meditation & Vinyasa yoga

7.30PM Dinner followed by cosy movie night

Sunday 25th

8AM Let It Go Hips Flow

10AM Breakfast & Goodbyes

Things to bring:

Warm clothes

Walking shoes/runners

Yoga wear

Yoga mat

Lounge wear (slippers, sweatpants etc!)

Anything you feel will add to the experience (games/instrument)

Your lovely self!!
